"Food was okay, but the details were confusing"
The food tasted fine overall, but the fries showed up kinda soggy, which was disappointing. I was also a little annoyed because the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect or when everything was coming.

"Order updates could be a bit better"
The food arrived fine, so no real issue there. But the order tracking was kinda confusing. It said preparing for what felt like a long time, then all of a sudden the driver was almost at my place. It wasnt a huge deal, but I kept checking the app because I wasnt sure what was going on. Would be nice if the updates were more accurate and closer to real time.

I use Yemeksepeti often, and one thing I’ve noticed is the login just keeps working without any drama. I’ve switched phones a couple of times too, and every time it opens quickly with no random errors or weird sign-in loops. After using it for a while, the pattern is clear: login is reliable.

I ordered dinner through yemeksepeti and it came still hot, which surprised me. Usually delivery is kind of lukewarm by the time it gets here, right? The fries were still warm and the burger tasted fresh, so I was happy with it

I used a promo code on yemeksepeti i was expecting some issue and maybe even an apology for wasting my time. But it actually went through right away at checkout with no errors or extra steps. Got my food for cheaper, so I can’t really complain

The courier tracking on yemeksepeti.com worked really well for my order today. I could see the rider moving on the map, and the estimated arrival time stayed close instead of jumping around a lot.
It made the whole thing easier because I didn’t have to keep looking outside or call the restaurant to check. The food arrived almost exactly when the app said it would, which is a small thing but definitely makes ordering feel less stressful.

"Nice to see the fees upfront"
I appreciate that the prices and fees are shown before you order. No random surprise charges popping up at checkout, which feels like something a lot of places try to sneak in

"Works okay, but the site and reminders get annoying"
I can usually get my order in without any major issues, but the website feels cluttered. Sometimes the menus take a while to load, and the filters don’t really narrow things down the way I expect. I can still find food and pay, so it’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s not exactly smooth either. Also, the reminders are a bit much. I don’t need to be nudged over and over like I’m forgetting how to order dinner...

I knew quickly this wasn’t going to be great. The food took forever to show up, and after all that waiting, the compensation was basically nothing. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely disappointing

"Packaging was a letdown"
I ordered through Yemeksepeti and when the food arrived, there was sauce leaking all over the place. The bag was wet and one of the boxes was half open, which was disappointing. The taste was fine, but the whole packaging situation kind of took away from it. They should probably check orders more carefully before sending them out. It just felt a bit..

"Cancel got sorted out super fast"
I placed an order by mistake and contacted Yemeksepeti to cancel it. it was handled way quicker than I expected. Support basically said something like, “No worries, we’ve started the cancellation and you’ll get the refund details soon,” and the info was clear right after. No long waiting around, no unnecessary questions. Happy with how smooth it was.

My order was mostly correct this time, which was nice, but the sauce was missing again. Not the end of the world, but it’s kind of the best part, you know? Food itself was fine though.

I’ve had multiple orders get confirmed and then cancelled later, and it’s really frustrating. By the time it happens, I’ve already spent time picking a place, deciding what to order, and waiting around, only to have to start the whole process over again. It happens way too often.

My order got canceled and the refund took longer than I expected. I contacted support, but the reply felt kind of generic, like nobody really read what I wrote. I still had to wait a few days and follow up again myself. The money did come back in the end, so it wasn’t a complete disaster, just a bit frustrating. yemeksepeti is okay overall, but the refund process could definitely be smoother.

"Late delivery seems to be a pattern"
My food showed up really late again, and the tracking didn’t help much at all. I kept checking it, but it either didn’t update or didn’t really tell me what was going on. At this point, it feels like this delay thing is becoming a bit of a pattern
